This tutorial walks you through the process of creating a QlikView dashboard that uses an example dataset of IT help desk tickets. The dashboard allows you to review ticket priority, severity, and status. Squirro shows the original source documents in the dashboard to reveal details about currently-selected help desk tickets. You will create and use digital fingerprints to help monitor, track, and investigate specific issues.

The data used in the example app originates from the Bugzilla bug tracker for the Apache HTTP Server open-source project.

To begin, set up Squirro.
