You can add an email domain (such as squirro.com
) to tailor access to an instance. This will allow anybody with a valid email address at this domain (such as john@squirro.com
) to access the instance.
Step 1
Go to https://start.squirro.com/admin/instances and choose an instance you own (Owner
). Click on the three vertical dots on the right and then on Domains
.

Step 2
On the following page, click on ADD DOMAIN

Step 3
Then, add the email domain (such as squirro.com
) and click on the SAVE
button.

Step 4
Now, open the chosen project and head to the Server Management
page. Here, create a new Group named as {domain name} Users
. In our example, it will be squirro.com Users
.

Finally, in the Setup
page of the project, under SETTINGS
and Project Members
, add the newly created group.
