The Setup is split into three steps:
Step 1 - Application: You are presented with the available application to setup on your instance.
Step 2 - Instance: You can setup an Instances or choose from an instance already created
Step 3 - Next steps: Confirm the setup and go! You taken automatically to the instance homepage
