Introduction
The Candidate Set helps you to find good text extracts for the Ground Truth in a large date universe.
Usage
There are all Candidate Sets of a project listed in the Candidate Sets overview screen as shown below. A new set can be created by clicking on the plus button on the top right corner of the screen.

In addition to be able to see all Candidate Sets, the overview screen also provides useful actions which can be performed on single or multiple Candidate Sets:
Edit – Can be used to edit a Candidate Set query.
Duplicate – Can be used to duplicate a Candidate Set.
Delete – Can be used to delete a Candidate Set.
Create Ground Truth – Can be used to create a Ground Truth based on the selected Candidate Set(s).

To create a Candidate Set you create a Squirro search query. They either can get created by using the Query Syntax or selecting filters on the left panel as shown below.
