Use Case | I’m part of a group at Accenture that focuses on search projects, and right now I’m helping a US client select a vendor to replace Endeca for enterprise search. The client is keenly interested in having modern enhancements, particularly better semantic matching of the search terms. The client’s content is all over the board, in terms of subject matter, and there are many terms whose ambiguity results in poor relevancy. For example, I search for discharge as it relates to discharging loans, and I get back results about toxic waste discharge or discharge of weapons. |
